Carl Lackey is a very handsome and very sweet boy. He's friendly and calm and just another one of those really nice boys. He walks great on leash. He is interactive and enjoys attention but is not push.  The volunteers commented that he is like an "old soul" who seems to have a wisdom and depth beyond his years.  Lackey was 4 in March and he is cat tolerant with supervision.
