Lilly was recently relinquished through no fault of her own--sometimes the match just isn't the right one.  She is back with GFNJ and in a foster home with a small dog and doing very well. If you are looking for a lovable, polite girl--Lilly might be the one for you.

Foster Update 3/25/2015

Lily is a loving, playful Plothound mix that is wishing, and hoping, toes crossed, for a forever home for Easter.  She is  housetrained.  She loves to take walks through the neighborhood , curious about seeing new things and people.  If you are the lucky one she chooses to give kisses and hugs, that means you are Lily approved.  She lives with a shihzu, and has no issues.  She sits for treats and also gives paw.
Please consider, Lily you will not disappointed with your chose.

Lilly is not a greyhound but a hound mix who is just adorable.  She was very reluctantly relinquished by her family who lost their home.  Lilly is very sweet and friendly and just a moosh of a girl.  She was with another dog and children and is good with both.  Lilly is about 7 years old and cat tolerant with supervision.  She weighs about 45 pounds and is a nice size for a family.  Everyone who meets Lilly comments on how sweet she is.  Won't you be another family for Lilly?
