Holly is a very sweet hound mix who is only about 28 pounds. She's a little timid and unsure but wags her tail in anticipation and once in a home she relaxes.  She warms up to women much quicker than to men.  Holly is about 3 years old and this sweet, little girl has a bit of a story:

She was in a shelter in the south and was scheduled to be euthanized within the hour. Someone in the shelter had a chemical accident in her eye and had to go to the hospital so Holly's euthanasia was postponed. We were ecstatic to hear this as we thought we had missed the time to save her life.  As with kismet, it seems that little Holly was meant to be a member of our GFNJ Family.

We are happy to have Holly with us and know that her life is getting better and better.  She is in a foster home.
