CRT Ramona is a very pretty girl who is friendly and loves attention.  She likes to lean up against whomever is next to her in real greyhound fashion.  She also loves to be petted and literally swooned when she was petted by the volunteers.  She was described by the folks in Florida as "a happy, goofy girl".  Ramona is 4 years old.  She would do best without cats although she was cat workable in that she could be directed away from the cat.

Update by Prison Inmate who is her primary handler in the Prison Foster Program:
"My dog portrays the quality of a well mannered house dog.  Although she has a tendency to go into the trash, that is a minor thing compared to her good behavior which shows on a consistent basis.  She quietly stays by herself when alone, listens and just wants to be loved."

If I could use one word to describe Ramona, It's sweet! She loves to have her ears rubbed, but her absolute favorite is belly rubs. She will roll over on her back and close her eyes, it's very cute. She has never had an accident in the house and goes to the door when she needs to go potty. She has mastered going down the stairs, but we are still working on going up. She tries really hard and I know she'll get the hang of it soon. She is a little unsure on shiny floors, but she gets more and more comfortable on them each day. Ramona sleeps all night on a bed in my room and never makes a peep. We have 6 other dogs (4 non-greys) and Ramona is wonderful with them. She waits patiently for treats and takes them ever so gently from my hand. She goes into a crate for feeding time and seems very comfortable in there. She would make a greyt first dog or an addition to a pack!
