I've begun calling this adorable girl "Dazzle" as befits her sweet and sparkling personality. She is a gentle, affectionate dog whose primary interest is bonding with her family.Shortly after arriving at our home yesterday, she began following us around everywhere and offering little kisses when we stopped to pet her. Today, with comfy dog beds in every room, she's content to nap wherever we are.  

 

Dazzle is on the submissive side and will do (or not do) whatever is asked of her after a gentle correction.  This girl aims to please!  Today while out walking she bolted after a squirrel - fortunately I had the leash well wrapped around my hand - but since then, when she sees squirrels she alerts to them but doesn't bolt.  Inside, she needed only one quiet reminder to leave the kitchen trash alone, to leave my coffee cup alone, to leave my husband alone while he was eating lunch. I assume that if my cat ever emerges from hiding, Dazzle will need only one reminder to leave her alone as well.

 

Dazz seems to know her name and will come when called. She's great on leash and will never take you for a faster walk than you had in mind. She has been perfectly behaved both inside and outside the house, and no accidents either.
