Rosemary Clooney (her name makes me smile) is one pretty little girl. She's calm, friendly and very affectionate with little kisses. She leans up against the person next to her and is just so endearing. Rosemary is calm and mellow and walks great on leash. Rosemary will be 2 years old in October and she is cat tolerant with supervision.

Rosemary Clooney - what a name! This little girl is still enjoying her last phases of puppyhood and growing into quite a lady. Her gorgeous black coat and big, soulful eyes certainly put her beauty in the same category as her namesake. Rosemary walks well on a leash and has mastered stairs and our wood/tile/laminate flooring. She is piqued by our cats, but keeps her distance from them. She is very good with our two dog-friendly children, ages 8 and 12.
Rosemary sleeps through the night and eats well; she has had no accidents in the house. During the day, she is crated while we are work; at night she sleeps on a dog bed next to our bed. Rosemary has been a fast study when it comes to house living. She has a tendency to abscond with things she can pick up, but she is breaking this habit courtesy of a water spray bottle - just the sight of it is enough to deter her.
Personality-wise, Rosemary is very sweet and laid back. She enjoys being petted and massaged. She is intelligent and confident, as demonstrated in her curiosity. She enjoys the attention of strangers on our walks and loves playing with dog toys. Rosemary could do well as an "only" dog or with a companion dog. She travels well in the car. Overall, she is a very happy hound; this joy is contagious and she exudes a positive energy. One can not help but smile along with the aura of love this girl has for life. She will bring a strong sense of warmth, love and happiness to the home of her future adopter.
