Par Flipon is a striking, tall drink of water who we could not stop commenting about. He is striking and was described by the volunteers today as "tall and lanky, long and tall, a mellow fellow and adorable." --that pretty much sums up this sweet boy.  Par Flipon is a calm boy who is quietly curious.  He's very friendly and gives kisses.  He is 2 years old and cat tolerant with supervision.
