Dolce is a tiny 9 yr old return who came back to GFNJ through no fault of her own. She was found loose and turned into a shelter - her owners never claimed her and after a few weeks of getting her weight up and her teeth cleaned she is ready to find a new loving forever home. She has perfect house manners, walks great on a leash, does stairs with no problem, doesn't get on the furniture unless you invite her. She will look at you from the foot of the bed and if you let her in she will snuggle with you all night. Gentle, sweet, good in the car, good with kids, tested cat safe and shows no interest in small animals. Loves her stuffies. She's just about perfect! Dolce was an only dog so she does well being the center of attention and while she is doing fine with my 3 big boys and the occasional doggie house guest she is "high maintenance" when it comes to love and petting, she will nuzzle your hand or tap you to remind you if you forget to pet her. Just a sweet senior girl with lots of life and love to give!
