Sodrac Mel is such a handsome Gent with a sweet and calm demeanor. He's friendly and a real leaner who just seemed to relish receiving our attention.  For no real reason this poor boy has been waiting a year in Alabama for an Adoption group to take him.  We are happy to welcome Mel into our GFNJ Family and hope that you will become his family or foster family so he finally has a home. Mel just turned 4 in June.  Although he likes people, no cats, please.

Mel is in our Prison Foster Program and the inmates have dubbed him one of their favorites--easy going, friendly, quiet--just a good boy.
