Wave is a pretty little girl who is just plain happy.  She's very friendly and outgoing and loving.  She came to us from West Virginia and we are happy to have her.  She is in our Prison Foster Program and a big hit with the inmate handlers who just think Wave is one happy, friendly girl.   One of our vets heard a heart murmur in Wave and we had her evalutated by a cardiologist who determined that the murmur is "innocent" and not at all a problem.  We then proceeded and had Wave spayed, so she is "ready to go" to her forever home with a clean bill of health!  Wave is 2 years old and cat workable in that she could be corrected away from the cat.

Prison Foster Update 10/5/2012:

Wave is in the Prison Foster Program and the following was written by his inmate caretaker:

"Well, I'm in a pickle here. Wave is such a great dog, I don't want her to leave.  At the same time, I know she deserves a great home.  She knows how to sit, lay, give paw and roll over.  I have been in this dog program for almost 2 years and this is by far the best dog I have had.  I love her so much!! I will hate to lose her."
