Silver Spoon is such a beautiful little girl with the softest coat. She's a little unsure of herself and new things and would benefit from being with another greyhound to feel comfortable.  She's calm and enjoys being petted and we could tell that she wants to enjoy and relax. She's 2 years old and cat tolerant with supervision.

Foster Update – 2/12/13

This little girl, Silver Spoon, who goes by the name of Silver, is the cutest little pipsqueak you’ll ever meet.  Her beautiful fawn coat is short, but oh so soft, and she loves if you come down near her and rub her bare belly.  Silver can be a bit unsure of herself at times, and we suggest she have a greyhound or two in her forever home to provide her the confidence she needs.  But she does warm up quickly, especially if you sit down on a chair or couch and call her name – she quickly will respond and come over for pats and love.  Silver gets along beautifully with the 4 greyhounds in my home.  The boys love her, and my female seems just fine with her too.  She is housebroken and can be easily crated with no problem.  A quiet household would be best for Silver so she can relax and get her beauty rest.  This lovely girl deserves a forever home.
