What a handsome and striking boy--R and A Blackear! He is very friendly and outgoing and was delighted to investigate the kennel office. He was not cat keen but he is probably too playful for a cat. Blackear will be 2 years old in March.
Foster Update: Blackear is doing very well... he is very sweet & LOVES my kids. He is getting the idea of being housetrained. He can go up & down stairs with no problem. He loves to lay around on the greyhound beds just like a typical greyhound boy. He loves to play with balls in the backyard... he runs after them and then doesn't know what to do when he gets to them --very cute. He is playful with the cat but can be distracted and then leaves the cat alone. He has demonstrated very little anxiety issues. He is understanding that all he has to do is hang out, get love and attention and nap. He follows behind the foster's children in the house... they will say... " come on blackears..." and he trots along behind them with his tail up--how cute.
