Blackmail, call name RICO is a drop-dead gorgeous 2 year old boy. He is outgoing and friendly and would do well in an active home with older kids to interact with him. He is in the Prison Program and will be available for adoption sometime in late March or April. He is not cat safe.
Foster Home Update:
Rico has settled into his foster home very nicely. He seems to thrive on the routine of the household and enjoys the company of the 3 other greys in his foster home. He gets along with everyone -- he has recently encountered children and was very good with them as they would approach and gently pet him.
As with most of our greys, he loves his evening walks around the neighborhood and, of course, mealtime. He enjoys trying new tastes and has learned to love carrots and apples, as his greyhound siblings do. Ever the chow hound, he's still learning about NOT counter surfing. He wants to please and so he is learning.
Rico is housebroken, but initially had no accidents in the home when he first came. He is a big boy and very strong; however, he walks nicely on a leash as we take our evening walks. He is quite intersted in squirels, but with a quick correction, he disregards the squirel and continues walking.
Rico is soooo ready for his forever home. Won't you consider this loving boy to grace the dog beds and soft spots in your home and heart?
