Billie who is named "Lily" was recently relinquished due to illness in the family. She's in a foster home and doing great.
Foster Update 4/17/2012:
Love having her-- such a sweet heart, gives kisses already and follows
direction very well. She will be a great blessing for her new home!!
Lily is doing fine. She adjusted very quickly. Getting along fine with my other 2 females. She is quiet, happy, very laid back but not shy or timid. She ignored the cat altogether the first day, looked at her the second day but if the cat hisses, Lily runs away. No reaction to backyard wildlife either. Previous owner did say she hates bunnies and crows. She has had no previous exposure to children, but she did not shy away from them this weekend but was not overly interested either. She's eating well, no accidents in the house, listens very well and walks well on a leash.
Lily is 4 years old.

Foster Update 7/7/2011:
Billie is a very Sweet Cute Girl. Although Billie was recently returned she has settled in nicely in our home. She is the perfect greyhound if you ask me and is always happy.
Billie is an independent/confident gal and very easy going. Billie is a smart girl, and I can see how well she communicates with the other greyhounds. My greys have welcomed her with open PAWS, and are very happy to have a new friend to share there space and toys with. Billie also lives with 2 parrots which she is not even interested in. WOW, how nice is that.
Billie is housebroken and will go in a crate to rest or cozy up on a nice dog bed. She is very attentive and easy to correct although we have not had to do that since she has been with us.She walks Greyt on a lead and loves to ride in the car.She will let me know when she needs to go outside to handle her business as her body language is very easy to read.
She is just perfect in every way, and blended into our family so nicely its like she has been part of our family for years . Which truly makes me know how special this cute girl is.

RJ's Billie is a really gorgeous girl. She is adorable, friendly, calm and just a nice, nice girl. She's a good size--not too big and not too small. She walks nicely on leash. She just turned 3 in January. She is cat tolerant with supervision and we were told by the folks in Florida that she is tolerant of small dogs as well. What a good girl!
