Kiowa Josh is just a nice, nice boy. He was described by the folks in WVA who took care of him as, "Wonderful--could be a first, second or third dog." We found this to be true--he is just a sweet and friendly boy. He is gentle and calm and walks nicely on leash. Josh is 4 years old and its about time that he retires to a comfy bed and loving home! No cats, please. Josh is one of the sweetest boys and needs a forever home or a foster home.
Josh came to his foster home after spending almost 4 weeks in the kennel. So it was a whole new world opening up to this dear sweet dog. He met his 3 house mates and gets along with everyone just fine. After 24 hours, he’s figured out he’s part of the pack now, and has learned the routines very quickly. Going outside to do his business was learned easily, and eating time is a pleasure for him. He eats like a gentleman and enjoys every bite. He doesn’t seem to mind his big new crate, which is in the kitchen so the other dogs in the house keep him company. In the hot weather, he’s the first one at the door to come in…he likes the coolness of the air conditioned house. He sleeps soundly at night, and is happy to wake up in the morning, give a good stretch and go out for the first order of business. He’s a regular guy, likes his sleep time as most couch potatoes do, and
he loves to be pet, nuzzled and of course, a good belly rub makes him happy too. Josh would love to find his forever home. He’s a beautiful dog, and he’s waiting patiently. This boy is lovely – and simply irresistible! Won’t you consider him?
