Footloose is a very handsome young boy who recently arrived from Kansas and WVA.  He's a happy, friendly boy who is calm and described by the volunteers as just a "nice, nice boy".  Footloose will be 2 years old in March. He never really raced so he retired early and we are happy to have this lovely boy.  Footloose is in a foster home.  Although he loves people, no cats, please.
