Topher is a striking looking boy who we are very happy to welcome into retirement from WVA.  The volunteers described him as a "love" who is very sweet, friendly and calm.  Cat testing to be done.  We are looking for a foster or adoptive home for Topher.  Call Linda at 732 356 4370.
