Cooper is a sweet, very handsome guy who is a meat trade survivor from China. He's a whippet/sighthound mix, weighing about 45 pounds.  What a friendly, happy boy who is excited to meet everyone as he wiggles his whole body. He quickly calms down and is happy to just "hang out" with you.  He does well with other dogs and would most likely be OK as an only dog if not left alone too terribly long, ie. a full work day.  Cooper is about 5 years old and cat workable.  Cooper is in a foster home.

Foster Update:   Cooper loves life!!  He is so happy that he just wiggles all over. He could be an only dog as he loves his human.  He could live with another dog as well.
