Mel, whose call name is "Balloonagh Diva" is a lovely little girl. The folks in Ireland described her as confident, friendly and outgoing. Good with other dogs both male and female, no problem with small dog when muzzled. Mel itested OK with cats. She is 4 1/2 years old. Mel's overseas adoption fee is $1000.
