USS Top Secret  "Topper" is one happy guy!  He is not only stunning but he has an outgoing personality to match. He is a nice, nice boy who is very friendly and outging.  He gives kisses, leans right up against us and is affectionate.  This boy just turned 4 in April.  He is cat tolerant and lived with a small dog in his foster home in Florida.
