Chico's Plan is a big, friendly 4 year old boy. He was described by the Florida kennel folks as "good dog, good with kids, mellow." He loves attention and pets. He is not good with cats. He is in the Prison Program and will be ready for adoption sometime in Aug. Won't you mark Chico's Plan as "Adoption Pending".
