NICE, NICE BOY

Herring whose racing name is Liutenant Mc Q is a sweet, sweet boy who needs a helping hand.  He was in a home for 2 years and was returned to the track (we didn't adopt him out originally) by the grandparents of a 14 month old who Herring growled at.  It was reported that he was great before all of this with his older owners and entire family. We were asked to take him by the track representative and what could we say, but "of course".  He is now part of the Greyhound Friends family and we are happy to have him. he is a very handsome light brindle boy. He was a little confused by being uprooted but he was calm and friendly.
We are anxious to get him into a foster home or better yet an adoptive home. Herring just turned 5 in April and is cat tolerant with supervision.
