Winkin Walter is a big, very handsome boy. He is very friendly and happy--in fact, he acts like a yellow lab with his friendliness. The volunteers nicknamed him "Mr. Congeniality". He might enjoy a fenced yard to run and play. Walter will turn 2 years old in August. Although he loves people, no cats, please.
