About Alabama

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • Color: White and Red

CET Alabama is being relinquished as she is not good with the household cats. She is well-loved and a sweet girl. The adopters wrote the following about Alabama:

"Alabama – we call her “Ally” – is a sweet, fun and awesome two-year-old greyhound. She loves to play with her toys (especially squeaky stuffed whales, and particularly narwhals), she loves to be around her humans and going on long walks. She’s a bit shy at first, but as long as you love her, she’ll warm to you quickly. She’s a fast learner and clearly loves to please. She is truly a wonderful girl, and she will definitely bring joy into your home. She just can’t be around cats or other small animals (but she appears not to mind small dogs). She does well with stairs, and she’s learned to go in and out of the car, and she gets along really well with our seven-year-old greyhound. She’s used to being crated at night and out during the day, although like all greyhounds, she loves a few good long snoozes every day."  (She was crated at night so that the cats could roam).

If you are interested in this sweet girl, call Linda at 732-356-4370.

CET Alabama is a pretty, friendly girl. She is happy and wants to say "hi" to everyone she meets. She is curious but not pushy or overbearing. She settles into a nice walk. Alabama loves to have her neck rubbed and chitters and smiles with pleasure. She is 2 years old and cat tolerant with supervision.
