Fixer Upper whose call name was "Chip" is a big, handsome boy!! He is a happy boy who is friendly and outgoing. Chip is affectionate and likes to give and to receive affection. He is a real tail-wagger. He is playful and would most likely enjoy a fenced yard in which to run and play. Chip is 3 years old and although he loves people, no cats, please.
