Jake is a very sweet, little boy from Oman. He is a Wadi street dog who was rescued by the folks at Muscat Rescue in Oman.   Jake is very well socialized with loving eyes. He is sweet and gentle. It seems that he could be an only dog although he does like other dogs too. If I had to say his size, I would compare him to a whippet in size. Jake walks well on leash. He is about 2 years old and cat tolerant with supervision.  Due to the high cost of travel, his adoption fee is $500.  We received the following from the rescuers at Muscat: "Jake came to our pound recently after being on our radar for some time. He previously had a family but they left the country and did not make plans for Jake to go with them. He’s such a lovely happy boy but he wasn’t doing so well at the pound. As the summer is always a slow time for adoptions and the opportunity came up for Jake to leave, we made the decision to send him to Greyhound Friends of New Jersey in August. We really hope you find your forever home quickly gorgeous boy. Our fingers are crossed for you"
