Junior isn't a greyhound but he sure is a sweet boy who needed to be saved and we were happy to be able to rescue him. He was in a shelter in NC who are just overwhelmed with dogs and he was a Code Red (urgent, time up). The staff and volunteers put out a plea because he is such a sweet boy. How could we say "no"--we couldn't. Junior has arrived in NJ and is adjusting nicely. He is slightly reserved at first but warms up when he feels safe.
