CV's Rosie V is a very sweet, little girl who was slightly timid but warmed up nicely. She has a very appealing personality that tugs at you. This almost 2 year old is cat tolerant with supervision. She is in foster care. FOSTER UPDATE 2/9/2009 WOW! What a sweet face Rosie has, with black eyeliner markings around her eyes. Cleopatra would be so jealous ! Rosie's is just under 2 and such a good little girl. She's very calm in the home, not demanding anything other then a comfy bed and some treats. Rosie likes following me wherever I go and is very polite towards my other older male greyhound. She Walks very well on the leash with no pulling what-so-ever. In the morning, I lay with Rosie on her dog bed and tell her "good morning Rosie!" as I give her belly rubs. Rosie then rolls over and nudges me when I stop rubbing her as if to say "more foster mommy, more! " ... It's very cute.
Rosie LOVES toys!!!! She collects them and carries them in her mouth during our neighborhood walks. She squeaks away for a while or until the squeaker stops working..:) This pretty gal LOVES to play fetch with a ball, Frisbee or a squeaky toy. She is a QUICK learner and I'm teaching her how to "drop it" , so I can throw the Frisbee over and over to her. Because Rosie is smart and really food and toy motivated, I have a feeling learning some tricks would be a fun game for this cutie! Although not required, I think Rosie would be happiest in a place where she had a fenced yard to play fetch with her new forever owner/s.
Rosie tested safe for cats with supervision. Rosie is also good with other large dogs. And Although timid at first , She is good with kids, strangers, and other small dogs shortly after meeting.
