Froto is a little guy who never raced but is looking for his retirement home early--he is just turning 2 years old in May. He needs a little time to warm up but he is learning and he does love attention. When the volunteers talked to him and petted him, his tail wagged with glee.  He is a sweet boy who is curious about his new life and ready to learn.  Froto is playful with the cat but could learn, so he is cat workable.
