Fly Quickly was recently relinquished through no fault of hers--it was more the problem of the other resident dog (not a greyhound) that her adopter and GFNJ thought it best that Fly come back. She is in a foster home and doing very well.

JK Fly Quickly is a very pretty little girl. She is friendly and a real leaner. She seems to take things in stride.  She likes to cuddle and if you bend down, she is happy to snuggle into your arms--how cute.  She is just another one of those sweet girls!!  She walk nicely on leash. She is 24 years old and no cat, please.
Foster Update 2/1/2017
Jkfly Quickly (Fly) was born January 8, 2015.  She is a beautiful young lady with excellent manners and a heart full of love. Here's what we've experienced with this sweet girl:
 

• Very affectionate and gives it as good as she gets it.
• Crates well while we are at work/school.
• Gets along with our two male greyhounds (a goofy 8-year-old and a 12-year-old elder statesman). We are also fostering a 4-year-old and very calm male, Par Dominic, that she also enjoys spending time with.
• Does well with our dog-friendly kids, ages 11 and 15.
• Mastered the stairs and walking on our wood/tile/laminate flooring (the stairs are carpeted).
• Eats well; has shown no food aggression.
• Has not shown any space aggression.  
• Travels well in the car.
• Walks well on a leash.
• Will make a fantastic “ambassadog” -- she is socialable and calm.
• Has not had any accidents in the house.
• While she tested well with cats and ignores ours initially, she has become very interested in them.

 
We absolutely adore Fly. She is very curious and smart; she also listens well and is easily corrected. Fly will bring to her forever home her warmth and will give much love and many smiles. Fly is a joy.
