Bally's Arthur is a very handsome boy with a gorgeous light fawn coloration. He is calm, friendly, and he walks nicely on leash. When the volunteers bent down, he loved to snuggle into their laps.  He is a leaner and hugger. Arthur has beautiful soulful eyes. The volunteers described him as a real "gentleman".  The folks in Florida described Arthur as "a beautiful boy who is very smart and good with people and small dogs."  Arthur is 3 years old and he is cat workable to tolerant in that he showed some interest in the cat but was easily distracted and corrected.
