Howie is a sweet, sweet boy who was found in NC emaciated with his bones almost poking through on his back and with paint in his fur that had to be cut out. He looks absolutely great now. He needed to find an adoption group to speak for him as his time was up. We could not say "no" to this boy. He was in a foster home in NC and the foster is so happy with his progress and weight gain of over 10 pounds.  He was heartworm positive but has been treated. Howie is a happy, friendly, outgoing boy who does well with other dogs and cats with supervision.  He is about a 1 1/2 years old.
