Atascocita Maze is a pretty and sweet little girl. She loves to snuggle and bury her head into your lap. She's the kind of girl that just steals your heart and you want to nurture and love. She loves affection from anyone with whom she is familiar. She would like a fenced yard as she is hesitant right now to walk on leash but that should come with time and trust. She does like the comfort of other dogs. Maze is 2 years old and cat tolerant with supervision.
Foster Update 11/13/2015
Maze is an adorable, tiny girl (45 pounds) born on February 10, 2014. She has a sweet disposition and seeks out hugs and pettings.
- Ignores our three very active cats.
- Is gentle with our kids, ages 10 and 14.
- Gets along with our two greyhounds.
- Is highly affectionate.
- Eats well; has shown no food aggression.
- Has shown no space aggression.
- Rides well in the car.
- Is playful and loves dog toys.
- Mastered the stairs and walking on our wood, tile, and laminate flooring.
- Loves to play and run in our fenced-in backyard.
- Learns quickly and is curious, often exploring new things with great interest.
Maze is learning not to counter surf. She is also working on her leash walking. Sometimes, while walking on a leash, she will suddenly freeze and will not budge. We're not sure what triggers this. However, we continue taking her for walks to help her overcome this habit.
Overall, Maze is a lovely little girl. She quickly endeared herself to her foster home, along with anyone else she encounters. She is full of welcoming charm befitting a young lady. Maze will bring an abundance of joy and love to her future home.
