PTL Tipper is just a baby at only 1 1/2 years old (she'll be 2 in December) but she already has had some real bad luck--she broke her front leg while racing.  We're happy to welcome her and to get her the medical care that she deserves and needs. She impresses everyone who comes into contact with her--she's patient, friendly and wags her tail even when she was in pain.

Tipper had her surgery in August and recuperated in the Prison Foster Program where she is doing just great a a favorite of all the inmates.  This sweet girl will be ready for adoption soon.

Tipper's Prison Inmate Handler has provided the following update 11/2011:

"Tipper is a playful and energetic young dog.  She is a greyhoiund with a whole lot of personality.  She loves affection and is a joy to be around.  She would be a wonderful comanion to have in any household.  She is very welll mannered, well behaved and well...just plain lovable."
