Holly whose name is now "Keera" is such a pretty little sweet girl. She was recently returned and is living in a foster home and doing very well.
Foster Update 3/27/2012:
Keera is doing really well. She's starting to prefer being with the rest of the family to being in her crate. She follows us around and looks for us when she can't find us. She's a silly girl who likes to play with her squeaker toy and lay outside in the grass. She's learning "come here" and getting quicker with it each day. She's getting her "happy" back wagging her tail and getting in play position when she wants to go out to play. I think she's really a love and a real sweetie. She's 5 years old.
Foster Update 4/18/2012:
Keera is doing exceptionally well. She and Trent get along great.
She shows no signs of food aggression. She now waits to start eating without question until you tell her "OK". You can pet her while she eats, take away her peanut butter kong toy, any toy she has. She knows "give" and is pretty good with "leave it".
She is a little lady on a leash. On a recent walk, she saw two bunnies playing across the street. She showed much interest, but gave not so much as a tug on the leash. She hesitated to watch, but with a little encouragement walked right on. She absolutely loves her stuffies, the squeakier, the better. She will fetch and toss them around, inside or out.
She has shown no interest on going on furniture, but she does seem to need a designated bed or blankie on the floor so she feels safe. She really needs to know where her spaces are to feel comfortable.
She's such a good girl. She is absolutely housebroken. Once you lay down the house rules and she understands them she is much happier. She might test you, but as long as you are consistent she is willing to listen. She lays on her kitchen bed at dinner time and falls asleep, no begging.

N Holly is a pretty little girl who is happy, friendly, sweet, a tail wagger, a kisser, and walks nicely on leash--now could you ask for anything more. There is more--she's cat tolerant with supervision. Holly is just a nice, nice girl who enjoyed all of the attention that she received during her photo shoot. Holly just turned 5 in April --another great age.
