John Dodgen is such a handsome and sweet boy. He is just a little tentative at first but quickly warms up and is calm and sweet. He is a very nice boy who walks well on leash. Just look at that sweet face. John Dodgen is 4 years old and cat tolerant with supervision.
9/12/10 Update:
Johnny is adapting very quickly to life in our home - he knows his routine, has had no accidents, enjoys his dog bed and willingly goes into his crate when we leave the house. Although he is a little shy at first, he has really warmed up to our family and is doing great with our children (8 and 4). He's still a little unsure of strangers, but if people approach him calmly, he will go up to them and enjoys the attention. Johnny walks nicely on his leash and is really loving the cool weather! Johnny is very sweet; he is a big boy just looking for some attention and love - he would be a wonderful addition to a family.
November 20:
Johnny is such a sweet boy and is really getting the hang of retirement. He loves his fluffy dog bed and has recently started to enjoy playing with his sqeaky toys. He is a real gentleman in our house - no accidents and very well behaved when we go out. He lives with 2 cats and 2 children (8 and 4) and gets along with everyone. Johnny walks nicely on a leash and loves going for long walks - he gets lots of attention in our neighborhood and loves it all.
