GORGEOUS AND LOVABLE

Philippian "Geno" is an absolutely gorgeous greyhound--a show stopper. He is not only gorgeous but he is calm and very friendly. He is very lovable and a real leaner. He is just a nice, nice, calm boy.  He also walks nicely on leash.  What a great boy. He is 4 years old.  Cat workable but would do best without a cat.

Foster Update 4/15/2010:
Geno has adjusted really well to home life.  He gets along well with our other grey, and especially enjoys playing with all of her toys.  One night he took each toy out of the basket and tried them out...when he narrowed down to his favorite few, he gathered them by my feet and laid down with them.  Words cannot describe how sweet this boy is.  We can tell that he's trying so hard - he just looks you in the eyes with such excitement.  He's learning the stairs, especially when we go upstairs.  He loves to be near people and lavishes all of the attention he has been getting.  He's very curious about small dogs, but we've been working with him to correct him.  He has had a few accidents but he will whine a little to let us know when he needs to go out which is great.  He also has a very healthy appetite and we've been more than happy to help put a little weight on him.  He's been an absolute joy to have in our house, and we've fallen in love with him - he will make someone very happy as he is a sweet and loyal companion.
