Skippy is a very cute, soft and endearing 7 month old greyhound. He was in our Foster Prison Program for a few months while his broken leg was repaired and healed. Thanks to his inmate handlers and all their loving care Skippy is now ready for adoption. Skippy is now in a foster home with 5 other greys and a couple kids. He is doing very well and is a good puppy. He is looking for a home with greyhound experience, one that understands although these puppies are cute, they need to have rules set for them. His handlers in the prison have done a wonderful job teaching him manners and he has been very easily corrected in his foster home. He must be adopted by a family that continues to lead him in the direction of becoming a good, balanced boy. He will need a home were the adopters aren't away for long periods of time. Contact Linda at 856-751-5134 if you would like more information about Skippy and to speak to his foster mom.
MORE UPDATES: Skippy is a pleasure. He has learned to interact appropriately with the other greyhounds in the foster home. He is doing beautifully with his house manners.
